Home remedies for diabetes

1.Soak 1 tea spoon of fenugreek seeds overnight remove the excess water and allow seeds to sprout. Chew a tea spoonful of seeds daily in empty stomach. This helps to reduce excess blood sugar in diabetes.

2.Pluck fresh tender leaves of neem (10 to 12). Chew these leaves in empty stomach in morning. This is a very useful and effective home remedy in diabetes.

3.Collect Fresh neem flowers and soak them in water overnight. Crush these in blender and consume in empty stomach in morning. This helps to bring down fluctuating blood sugar under control.

4.The neem flowers and neem leaves can be collected, dried and stored. This can be used when fresh neem leaves and neem flowers are not available.

5.Regular consumption of garlic and onion help to bring blood sugar under control in diabetes.

6.Use bitter gourd as often as you can. ½ cup of bitter gourd daily helps to control blood sugar.

7.Tender mango leaves help to reduce blood sugar. Collect few (4-5 ) tender mango leaves. Wash them in plain water. Crush these in blender and squeeze the juice. Consume this daily in empty stomach.

8.Use fresh ginger in cooking. Ginger regularizes digestion helps in diabetes
